Terms of Service

By creating an account and using Nudget, you agree to these Terms of Service. Nudget is operated by Skorgen Media (org.nr. 921 242 379), Norway. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Nudget is a personal finance tool for manual budgeting, income tracking, and expense planning. We provide the service on a free and paid (Pro) basis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Nudget.
• One person per account. You may not share accounts.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use Nudget for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service
• Upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt the service

• The Nudget Pro plan is billed monthly at $5 USD/month, charged via Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel at any time from Settings. You retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

You own your data. We do not claim any rights over the financial information you enter. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

Nudget is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on information in the app. In no event shall Skorgen Media be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is permanently deleted.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Norwegian courts.
